摘要
研究了石油焦粒度、粘结剂沥青的使用比例及冷热压两种成型工艺对碳基材料的体积密度、肖氏硬度、电阻率和抗压强度等的影响.试验结果表明,石油焦粒度组成为2∶2∶11和沥青使用比例为25%时试样综合性能最佳,采用热压工艺制备试样可使试样性能有较大提高.
The effect of mixing ratio of coke grain, the content of pitch and different process on carbon-based material density, hardness, conductivity and press strength were investigated. Experimental results show that with the mixing ratio of 2 : 2 : 11 of coke grain and the content of 25% of pitch, the sample with best properties can be obtained in the experiments, and the material properties can be greatly improved when hot-pressing process is used.
