An Analysis on Intrinsic Mechanism of Social Adaptation of Overseas Chinese

社会适应，主要是指人生的特殊时期或特定的社会群体在社会环境发生变化后，通过对自身的心理和言行进行调整，培养自己的能力和素质，以便为主流社会所接纳的过程。

The social adaptation of overseas Chinese is one kind of international migration and it has its own operational mechanism, which includes social adaptation possibility, process, effectors, related parameters and results. The real possibility of social adaptation of overseas Chinese is decided by open human gene system, cultural acquisition and social life regularization, symbolic interaction and social association. The social adaptation of overseas Chinese is divided into psychological gradation and behavioral gradation and is influenced by individual factors, family members and social relation people, social background of migration and immigration, and three obstructions which result from cultural cbntrast, linguistic and non-linguistic symbols and ethnic differences. The effective parameters are psychological state and emphatic capacity of overseas Chinese and the social adaptation of overseas Chinese results in adaptation and non-adaptation.
