摘要
2006年，全球服务业占全球GDP的比重已达73％，而全球生产性服务业占到整个服务业比重的55％以上，其中美国达70％，欧盟55．6％，日本57％。生产性服务业的迅速发展与升级，使国际竞争以成本和价格竞争过渡到技术和品牌的竞争，进而演变到了产品供应链之间的竞争，并对各国在世界产业链中的地位、利益产生重大影响，成为决定各国国际竞争力的关键因素。中国既面临通过承接国际生产性服务业转移加快发展的历史性机遇，同时也面临更加激烈的竞争和挑战，世界生产性服务业的新特征、新趋势值得密切跟踪和认真对待。
The paper will study the new characters and new trends of world producing service industries, analyze the limiting factors faced by the Chinese ones. At last, the paper will put forward the strategic routes of Chinese service industrial development, including optimizing industrial arrangement, promoting the services industrial innovation, strengthening the guild development, advancing the producing services industrial convergency.
