摘要
不锈钢在铝液中容易受到腐蚀,本文对铝液腐蚀1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的机理进行了实验研究。通过对腐蚀试样进行微观组织观察和能谱成分分析,并结合铁铝相图,提出不锈钢在铝液中的腐蚀机理,测得了腐蚀层界面厚度约为10μm,这与碳钢铝液腐蚀的腐蚀层界面厚度几百微米相差很大。
Experiments of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel eroded in aluminum liquid are made. By analyzing microstructure and composition, the corrosion mechanism is put forward. The corrosion interface thickness is 10 um, which is rapidlly different to interface thickness of common carbon steel eroded in aluminum liquid.
