摘要 研究了混合稀土La和Se变质处理ZM5镁合金的细化行为,结果表明在ZM5合金中加入混合稀土后,晶界处的β相(Mg17Al12)明显细化,由不连续的网状变成颗粒状或针状。当加入2.1%的混合稀土时β相细化效果最好,其抗拉强度也最高;合金硬度则随着混合稀土加入量的增加而逐渐增加。 The paper studies the refining behavior of ZM5 magnesium alloys by mixed La and Se rare earth. The results show that adding rare earth in ZM5 magnesium alloy can refine the Mg17Al12 grain, and the morphology of β-Mg17Al12 phase at grain boundaries changed from discontinuous network to granular and needle-like phases. Adding 2.1% rare earth in ZM5 magnesium alloy, the Mg17Al12 grain size is the smallest, and tensile strength also reaches the biggest .With the amount of rare earth increasing, the hardness also improves.
