摘要
通过在马弗炉对高水分城市生活垃圾(白菜茎)进行干燥试验,获得了其在炉内的干燥特性曲线.试验结果表明:白菜茎达到最大干燥速率时对应的含湿量随炉内干燥温度的升高而减小,随白菜茎体积的减小而减小.在白菜茎整个干燥过程中,其内部的温度基本上维持在70℃左右;指数衰减方程能够较好地体现焚烧炉条件下高水分垃圾的干燥规律.
Experiments on drying of the high moisture Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) were conducted on muffle incineartion, using castock as a test case. The results showed that the maximum rate of moisture content reduced when the drying temperature was increased or the volume of cabbage stems was reduced. During most of the drying stage, the inner temperature of the castock basically remained around 70℃. An exponential decay equation can be used to simulate tbe dynamic drying process of the high moisture MSW.
