Enterprises are the mainstay of technological innovation. With enterprises as technological innovators, industry, education and research cooperation and the implementation of the corporate IPR strategy constitute the key to achieve corporate innovation targets. Based upon an analysis of integrated IPR features in the course of innovation, this paper details the corporate strategies involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, IPR management, and IPR prevention and control at a microcosmic level by standardizing IPR contents and operations.
