摘要
在三乙胺作催化剂、二甲亚砜作溶剂的加热回流条件下,脂肪族仲胺与4-(L)-(1′R,2′S,5′R)-氧基丁烯内酯经不对称Michael加成反应,高效率地合成了标题化合物。产物经IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、元素分析表征及X-射线晶体测定,确认了其结构。
A novel chiral compound 3,4-double substitution butyrolactone was synthesized by the Michael addition reaction of 4- ( L ) - ( 1'R, 2' S, 5' R )-menthyloxy-butenolide with aliphatic secondary amine by using DMSO as solvent at a reaction temperature of 60 - 65 ℃. Its structure was determined by IR, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffractometry.
