摘要
以3-乙酰基-5-溴酚酮为起始原料,通过Schmidt反应,再经50%的硫酸水溶液水解得到3-氨基-5-溴酚酮,最后再与原甲酸三乙酯反应闭环得到了标题化合物,其结构通过IR、1HNMR、MS及元素分析等得到表征。
3-Amino-5-bromtropolone was synthesized from 3- acetyl-5-bromtropolone as the starting material via the Schmidt reaction,followed by hydrolysis with a 50% sulfuric acid solution. The final compound 5-bromo-cycloheptaoxazol-8-one was synthesized with triethyl orthoformate. Structure of the compound was confirmed by IR,^1HNMR, MS, and elementary analysis.
