摘要 以β-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺、水和硫脲为原料,采用一锅法制得2-氨基噻唑-5-甲酸甲酯,产率71%;再通过重氮化-溴化反应合成2-溴噻唑-5-甲酸甲酯,产率68%。 The one-pot reaction of methyl β-methoxyacrylate, N- bromosuccinimide,H2O and thiourea afforded methyl 2-aminothiazole-5-carboxylate in 71% yield, which was transformed into methyl 2-bromothiazole-5-carboxylate in 68% yield via diazotization and bromination with the NaNO2-NaBr-CuSO4 system.
