FLAIR序列T_1加权与SE序列T_1加权在颅脑MRI检查中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 分析73例患者MRI检查中FLAIR序列T1加权(T1W FLAIR)与SE序列T1加权(T1W SE)平扫及增强后扫描图像上颅脑解剖结构、脑灰白质及脑沟回的显示、病灶数目、大小和周围水肿情况及图像对比度显示情况。结果平扫时T1W SE序列病灶显示率172/189,T1W FLAIR病灶显示率186/189,T1W FLAIR发现小病灶(直径<6 mm)及脑表病灶、脑室内病灶及病变实际扩展范围方面优于T1W SE序列;增强扫描T1W SE显示病灶157/158,T1W FLAIR显示病变146/158,发现小病灶(直径<6 mm)及脑表病灶T1W SE序列优于T1W FLAIR。
