子宫颈癌组织中p14ARF的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨p14ARF在宫颈癌、上皮内瘤变(CIN)及正常宫颈组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例正常宫颈组织、20例CIN组织和52例子宫颈鳞癌组织中p14ARF的表达。结果在正常宫颈组织中p14ARF蛋白呈阴性表达;在CIN组织及宫颈癌组织中呈过表达,阳性率分别为30.0%(6/20)、63.5%(33/52)(P<0.05)。p14ARF蛋白在有淋巴转移宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率为85.0%,无淋巴转移者为50.0%(P<0.05)。p14ARF蛋白在组织分级G3期阳性率为90.9%与G1期(33.3%)相比,P<0.05。结论p14ARF的过表达发生在宫颈癌和癌前病变阶段,可作为一种肿瘤标记物用于宫颈癌的临床筛查及诊断。 Objective Detecting the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene p14 in cervical carcinoma. intraepithelial Neoplasia tissue (CIN)and normal cervix uteri tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of P14ARF protein in 30 cases normal cervix uteri tissue,20 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and 52 cases squamous cervical carcinoma tissue. Results The normal cervical tissue showed pl4-negative expression, p14 was over expression in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and squamous cervical carcinoma tissue. The p14 over-expression rate in CIN tissue and squamous cervical carcinoma tissue was 30. 0% (6/20) .63.5% (33/52)respectively(P 〈 0.05). The over-expression of p14 related lymph node metastasis in squamous cervical carcinoma was 85. 0% and in not lymph node metastasis was 50. 0% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) About histologic grade, the over-expression of p14 in both G3 and G1 was 90. 9% .33. 3% respectively( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Overexpression of tumor suppression gene p14 was occured in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and invasive cervical cancer, so its protein may be an useful biomarker for cervical carcinoma screening and diagnosis.
