人工颈椎间盘置换对多节段下颈椎活动影响的三维有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,颈椎的传统融合术后可出现多种并发症问题成为困扰广大临床医师的难题,为解决异常应力作用于融合后邻近节段的问题,出现了“非融合固定技术”,又叫做“动态性固定”。颈椎间盘置换手术是在这种理念下发展的一种比较成熟的解决方案,尤其是颈椎人工间盘置换术在临床取得优良的效果。作为数字模拟分析,区别与以往基于尸体建模的模式采用基于实体建模,更能充分反映出人体的生物学特性,尤其是对韧带及人工椎间盛假体的模拟更接近于真实结构,我们通过力学分析方法对模型在正常范围内的前屈后伸、侧弯等工况的运动情况分析,
