摘要
采用11种液体培养基对淡紫拟青霉菌进行培养,通过对培养液中孢子浓度和菌体含量、上清液对根结线虫的毒力、上清液中蛋白酶活性的测定,筛选到一种高产孢量的培养基,其主要成分为200 g/L马铃薯+1%鸡蛋黄+20 g/L蔗糖,在该培养基中淡紫拟青霉菌在接种培养后6 d孢子浓度达到1 ml 7.017×109个。对孢子浓度和菌体含量之间、上清液毒力和上清液中蛋白酶活性之间的相关关系分析结果表明,孢子浓度和菌体质量之间的相关性较高,上清液毒力与蛋白酶活力之间的相关性较低。
Through the culture of Paecilomyces lilacinus in eleven media, a high spore yielding medium was selected out by evaluation of the spore concentration and mycelial mass in the culture solution, virulence of supernatant to nematode, and proteinase activity in the supernatant. The main ingredients of the medium included 200 g/L potato plus 1% egg yolk and 20 g/L sucrose, in which 7. 017 × 10^9 in 1 ml spores were produced by the culture of Paecilomyces lilacinus.High correlation was observed between spore concentration and mycelium quality of Paecilomyces lilacinus.
