摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌具有很强的抗逆能力和抗菌防病作用,能产生40多种具有不同结构的抗生素,许多具有优良性状的菌株已成功应用于植物病害的生物防治。采用基因工程技术提高生防枯草芽孢杆菌菌株的拮抗性能、扩大其防治对象,现已成为生物防治研究的热点,并取得了一系列突破性进展。本文从导入外源拮抗基因、提高抗生素表达量、基因突变重组合成新型抗生素、扩大防治对象等方面,综述了最近基因工程改良生防枯草芽孢杆菌的研究进展,并探讨了以后的研究方向。
The endospore-forming rhizobacterium Bacillus subtilis-the model organism for gram-positive organisms is strongly against adverse environment and both bacterial and fungal pathogens. It is proved to be able to produce more than two dozen of antibiotics with amazing varieties of structures. A lot of natural isolates with excellent propeties of Bacillus subtilis have been screened and applied widely in biocontrol of plant diseases. Taking advantage of DNA recombinant technology to further improve Bacillus subtillis strains biocontrol performance, such as enhancing antagonistic activities and broadening spectrum of action has become an important research field now. Updated researches of development in genetic engineering of Bacillus subilis from transformation of heterologous gene, overproduction of antibiotics and rational design of peptide antibiotics to biocontrol objects broadening are summarized. The research trend of genetic engineering of Bacillus subtilis is discussed as well.
