摘要
SA 8000是以劳工标准为主要内容的全球首个社会责任国际性标准。杭州餐饮业发展迅速,但对照SA 8000标准,作为劳动密集型的杭州餐饮业在工会建设、工作时间、薪酬、社会责任管理系统等方面仍然存在凸显问题,无形中制约了行业可持续发展。而只有通过杭州政府、行业协会、企业和员工的合力才能治根性地解决劳动关系问题,以推动"生活品质之城"的发展。
SA8000 is the first global social responsibility standard about labor. Though fast development, Hangzhou Catering, one of labor-intensive industries, faces with obvious problems, such as union construction, working time, wage, and management system of social responsibility, which constrains the industrial sustainability. Only through cooperating with Hangzhou government, industry associations, enterprises, and employees does Hangzhou catering fundamentally solve the problem of labor relationship to promote the development of “A City With High-quality”.
