The Development of Knowledge-oriented Service Industry:Orientation and Strategties for Remolding and Upgrading the Industry Structure in Ningbo City

当今世界,知识型服务业高度集中的地区和城市正逐步成为世界经济的主导地区。文章在阐述知识型服务业发展理论的基础上,以宁波市委、市政府提出的发展知识型服务业的总体方略及相关调查材料为依据,通过对宁波发展知识型服务业的现实基础与待解决问题的分析,提出产业协调发展、系统规划引导、拓宽融资渠道、加快人才培养、强化基础工作等发展宁波知识型服务业的一些想法与对策。

In current age, area and city with highly concentrated knowledge-oriented service industry are becoming the leading body in world economy. This article proposes opinions and measures to develop knowledge-oriented service industry in Ningbo city through harmonious development of various industries, introduction of systematic planning, expansion of financing channels, acceleration of talent cultivation, and strengthening of basic work based on the description of knowledge-oriented service industry, with reference to the general strategy of developing knowledge-oriented service industry initiated by Ningbo City Commission of Communist Party of China and Ningbo City People＇s Government, and survey results, and with consideration into the actual situation of and problems setting back the development of knowledge-oriented service industry in Ningbo city.
