Confronting with the opportunity and challenge that will become the “the factory of world”, China＇s enterprises should firmly set up the concept that scene is market, and build the strong scene management execution. Then, they can catch hold of the beneficial opportunity in order to succeed in vigorous market competition. Owing to this, This article introduces a dynamic model of scene personnel collocation which constantly optimizes scene personnel collocation to promote scene management execution.
