摘要
文章在对物流客户服务分析基础上,提出物流客户服务水平评价指标体系及其评价方法,并根据物流客户服务水平评价结果,提供了三种可选择的企业制定和控制物流客户服务水平的方法。
The index system and method of evaluating service level are based on analyzing the character of service level of logistics clients. The paper suggests three methods that directs enterprise to constitute and control the service level of logistics clients, according to evaluating service level of logistics clients.
