摘要
采用正交设计方法研究了莫来石纤维(MF),纳米氧化锆,烧结温度及保温时间对MF/Al2O3复合材料力学性能的影响机制。结果表明:MF对复合材料抗弯强度的影响最大,同时也影响材料的断裂韧性,烧成温度对体积密度影响最大,纳米ZrO2对材料维氏硬度的影响最大,所以通过控制MF和纳米ZrO2粉的含量和烧结温度,可以改善复合材料显微结构,提高材料的力学性能。
The effects of mullite fibre, nano-zirconia, sinrtering temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties of had been investigated by means of orthogonal experimental design. It showed that the effect of MF on flexural strength was the most, on fracture toughness the sceond, the effect of sintering temperature on bulk density and nano-zirconia on vicker hardness were the most. The microstructure of composites can be controlled by adjusting MF, nano-zirconia and sintering temperature, which can improve mechanical properties of composites.
