摘要
紫外光核黄素交联疗法是最近几年发展起来的一种治疗圆锥角膜的新方法,通过诱导角膜基质内纤维相互交联而提高角膜强度,从而阻止圆锥角膜的进展。介绍这一新疗法的基本原理、操作步骤和临床应用现状,并阐述关于该疗法的实验室研究成果,包括具体的治疗效应例如生物力学效应、热力学效应、超微结构改变等,以及对角膜基质细胞、内皮细胞和晶状体可能存在的不良反应。
UVA-Riboflavin Cross-Linking of the cornea is a new approach to treatment of keratoconus in recent years. This therapy is to enhance the rigidity of cornea by inducing cross-linking of intracorneal collagen fibrils and prevent the development of keratoconus. The aim of this review was to introduce the basic principle, procedure and clinical studies of the treatment, and discuss the results of many laboratory researches, including detailed therapeutic effect such as biomechanical effects, thermomechanical effects,uhrastructural changes,as well as its potential side effects on keratocytes,corneal endothelial cells and lens.
