摘要
对青海祁连境内中国沙棘×肋果沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoidesssp.sinensis×H.neurocarpassp.neurocarpa.)自然杂交带的形态变异规律进行了初步研究.主成分分析表明,杂交带内个体在营养性状上具有中国沙棘到肋果沙棘的过渡性.Anderson"杂种指数"研究发现,其遗传组成比较复杂,在棱果沙棘杂交起源过程中由于深度杂交引起双亲基因渗入的可能性极大,而不是以往认为的仅是由F1代强势主导的自然杂交带.
The morphological variation regularity among the plants in a Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis×Hippophae neurocarpa ssp.neurocarpa hybrid zone in Qinghai province Qilian county is investigated.PCA(principal component analysis)results show that the individuals in the hybrid zone have apparently transitions between H.rhamnoides ssp.sinensis and H.neurocarpa ssp.neurocarpa.Anderson "hybrid index" research demonstrates that the genetic component of this hybrid zone is quite complex,it indicates that there exists introgression from H.rhamnoides ssp.sinensis or H.neurocarpa ssp.neurocarpa when H.goniocarpa ssp.goniocarpa is originated from hybridization.This is quite different from the early opinion which regarded it as a F1 dominated nature hybrid zone.
