摘要 综述了P-选择素(platelet-selectin,P-selectin)与肿瘤转移的研究进展.P-选择素作为与肿瘤细胞黏附密切相关的分子,其所介导的肿瘤细胞与内皮细胞及血小板间的黏附在肿瘤的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用.P-选择素配体拮抗剂作为肿瘤转移治疗中一个安全有效的新疗法,值得进一步深入研究. The main research achievements on platelet-selectin and tumor metastasis are reviewed.P-selectin is directly involved in tumor metastasis by serving as a member of cell adhesion molecures.P-selectin may play an important role by inducing the adhesion of tumor cell-endothelial cells and tumor cell-platelet in tumor metastasis.It is promising to develop compounds that can interfere with P-selectin to a kind of novel tumor metastasis inhibitors.
