摘要
介绍了土壤纤毛虫的研究历史;综述了国内外土壤纤毛虫在不同生境下的特性及其在土壤生态环境评价中的应用研究现状.认为土壤纤毛虫研究领域今后工作的重点是:进一步提高研究的系统性和整体性;注重新的研究方法和统计方法的建立;深入开展土壤纤毛虫在土壤生态系统中的作用机制研究;大力加强土壤纤毛虫在生态环境中的实际应用(微域环境分析、生物指示和生物监测等)研究.
The history of research on soil ciliates is systematically introduced.The characteristic of soil ciliates in different ecological environment as well as the application of it in the soil ecological environment evaluation is reviewed in detail.It is pointed that the future research developments of soil ciliates are as follows： The study of soil ciliates should be more systematic and integrated;Some new research and statistical methods should be developed;The function mechanism of soil ciliates in soil ecological system should be more deeply studied;More efforts should be put on the practice applications of soil ciliates in ecological environment,such as micro-domain environmental analysis,biological indicator,biological monitoring.
