度洛西汀治疗疼痛的研究进展

Advances in study for efficacy of duloxetine in pain treatment

度洛西汀是第1个被美国FDA批准同时用于重症抑郁障碍和糖尿病周围神经病理性疼痛的药物,有证据表明度洛西汀的镇痛作用较强,并独立于其抗抑郁作用,病人对该药的耐受性较好,因此在慢性疼痛治疗方面有较好的应用前景。本文对度洛西汀在疼痛治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。

Duloxetine is the first drug approved by American FDA for the treatment of major depressive disorder （MDD） and management of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain （DPNP） . The evidences prove that duloxetine possesses rather strong potent analgesic effect and is independent of its antidepressant effect. Furthermore, the good tolerance of this drug provides wide prospects for the treatment of chronic pain. This review focuses on the advances in the study on efficacy of duloxetine in pain treatment.
