摘要
以5年生桂香龙眼结果树为试材,花芽形态分化期分别以喷213mg·L-1乙烯利、213mg·L-1乙烯利+100mg·L-1多效唑、人工摘除小叶、喷清水(对照)4个处理进行防"冲梢"试验,观察其防冲梢效果,并研究其对龙眼叶片内源激素和花芽形态分化的影响。结果表明:喷施乙烯利+多效唑对于防治龙眼冲梢效果最佳;喷施乙烯利、乙烯利+多效唑以及人工摘小叶后,桂香龙眼叶片中的IAA、GA含量均较对照有所下降,各处理对ABA含量影响不大。其中喷施乙烯利、乙烯利+多效唑两种处理ZR含量增加,而摘小叶对ZR的含量影响不大。
Five-year-old fruit-bearing trees of Guixiang longan were treated with spraying 213mg·L^-1 ethephon, 213mg· L^-1 ethephon + 100rng·L^-1 PP333, artificially excising small leaf and spraying clear water as control to guard the experiment of “abnormal-early flowering branches”, observe their effects of preventing “abnormal-early flowering branches”, and study the relationship between flower differentiation and the endogenous hormones. The results showed that the effect of spraying 213mg·L^-1 ethephon + 100mg·L^-1 PP333 was the best for preventing “abnormal-early flowering branches” . The contents of LAA and GA in the leaves of Guixiang longan were all reduced except the control spraying with the clear water. The con- tents of ABA of CK were similar in other treatments. The contents of ZR are increased with spraying 213mg·L^-1 ethephon and 213mg·L^-1 ethephon + 100mg·L^-1pP333, but not for the trealxnent of artificially excising in the treatments with the small leaf.
