广西农业环境污染的成因分析及对策研究

Analysis of causes for agricultural environmental pollution in Guangxi and its countermeasures

通过对近年来广西农业投入品污染、畜禽养殖废弃物污染、工业"三废"污染等进行系统调查,分析了这些因素对大气、水质和土地造成污染的原因,探讨了保护和改善农业生态环境的相关政策、技术,提出通过强化农业行政执法职能,大力实施生态农业、节水农业、配方施肥等技术,可有效遏制广西农业生态环境日趋恶化的态势,促进广西农业和农村经济又好又快发展。

Through systematic survey and summary to the irrational use of agricultural inputs, and poultry waste of an- imal husbandry, industrial “three wastes” in recent years, the environmental pollution causes of atmospheric, water and land in agricultural production were analyzed. The reated policies and technologies to protect and improve the agricultural ecological environment were discussed. To protect and improve the worsening agricultural ecological environment, the law enforcement functions of agricultural sector should be strengthened and the ecological agriculture, water-saving agriculture, fertilizer formula technologies and so on should be implemented.
