调经活血胶囊芍药苷含量测定方法研究

Determination of Peoniflorin in Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules

目的:建立调经活血胶囊中芍药苷的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用大连依利特C-18柱,甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测调经活血胶囊芍药苷含量。结果:芍药苷的线性范围为10～100mg/L,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.14%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定调经活血胶囊中芍药苷的含量,具有简便,快速,准确的优点。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules. Methods： Elite Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol-water （25： 75）as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min , and the detection wave was 230nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The linear range of paeoniflorin was 10 - 100 mg/L. The average recovery was 99.6 % and the RSD was 0.14 %. Conclusion： The method can be used for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Tiaojinghuoxue Capsules.
