摘要
目的建立天然冰片的β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。方法以天然冰片的收得率和包合率为指标,采用正交试验方法,考察饱和水溶液法中天然冰片包合效果的主要影响因素。结果天然冰片的β-环糊精最佳包合工艺为包合温度30℃,包合时间1.5h,天然冰片与β-环糊精的投料比为1∶6,收得率达98.37%,包合率达87.04%。结论该包合工艺简单易行,切实可靠,适合生产。
OBJECTIVE To establish the optimal conditions of inclusion technology of borneol-β-cyclodextrin. METHODS The inclusion conditions were investigated by orthogonal test for the complex formation of borneol-β-cyclodextrin in β-CD saturated water solution, using the inclusion rate of borneol and recovery of inclusion complex as the criteria. RESULTS The optimal inclusion conditions of borneol were that ratio of borneol to β-cyclodextrin was 1 : 6, inclusion temperature was 30℃, and inclusion time was 1.5 hour. The recovery of inclusion complex and the inclusion rate of borneol was 98.37 % and 87.04 % , respectively. CONCLUSION The optimal conditions of inclusion technology are simple, reliable and feasible for production.
