摘要
目的筛选酒黄连饮片的最佳炮制工艺。方法通过正交试验法,用高效液相色谱法测定小檗碱含量为指标。结果酒黄连饮片最佳工艺为:取黄连饮片加12.5%黄酒闷润,待黄酒被吸尽后,置烘箱中烘制,120℃,30min,取出,放凉。结论该法为酒黄连饮片炮制的可行方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the best technics for preparing Rhizoma coptidis. METHODS Through orthogonal design, determing the content of berberine by HPLC was used as the investigate target. RESULTS The best preparative technics was satisfied with some conditions as follows: Rhizoma coptidis adding amount of 12.5 % rice wine mixed thoroughly, baking at 120℃ for 30min.CONCLUSION The method is reasonable.
