摘要
目的制定维血灵口服液质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的大黄素进行含量测定。结果大黄素在0．1～0．9μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），加样回收率为98．4％～100．8％。结论本方法能对维血灵口服液进行定量检测，结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To work out the methods for quality control of Weixueling oral solution. METHODS The content of Emodin Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati was determined quantitatively by HPLC. RESULTS Emodin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.1μg- 0.9μg, r = 0. 9998. The recovery was 98.4 % 100.8 %. CONCLUSION This method can test Weixueling oral solution quanitatively and quantitatively, and the result is accurate and reliable.
