摘要
建设和谐社会要求做到社会公平,实行民事司法救助是达到社会公平的一条重要途径和有力保障。我国的民事司法救助制度虽然已有一定发展,但仍存在不足。可从扩大适用主体于单位主体、适当放宽适用条件和由政府负担救助费用三个方面进行改革完善。
To build harmonious socialist requires social equality, and civil legal aid is an important approach and vigorous secure of it. Till now the civil legal aid in China is scmewhat of development, but there is still insufficient. The reformation consist of three aspects, there are of enlarging applicable body to units, modifying applicable terms and government financing legal aid fees.
