呋喃甲醇和呋喃甲酸合成的半微量实验

摘要 将呋喃甲醇和呋喃甲酸合成实验由常量改成半微量,并对实验装置作了改进,实验的试剂用量比常规实验节约75%以上,时间缩短1/3左右。具有节能、安全省时、消耗少,污染小、提高产率等优点。实验教学成本明显降低。同时还可以树立学生的环保和节约意识,培养创新思维能力、实事求是、严谨的科学态度。 By changing the quantum of the reagent from the normal quantum to the half-micro-quantum in the experiment on synthesis of fuffuryl alcohol and furoic acid, and by improving the experiment equipment, the dosage of reagent will be reduced by 75% and the reaction duration will be reduced by 1/3. So the method has the advantage of energy and time saving, safety, low consumption and low pollution, higher productivity and so on. It is not only that the cost of the experimental teaching is decreased, but also the students consciousness of environment protection and energy saving are increased. Their scientific attitudes of innovation, reality and carefulness are also cultivated.
