摘要
在深井、水平井及其他复杂条件下(如封隔器、测试联作)进行射孔作业时,由于井场噪声的影响及射孔条件的制约,操作人员很难判断射孔枪爆炸。介绍了能够自动识别判断射孔枪爆炸的TCP监测识别系统。该系统采用时域分析方法提取射孔枪爆炸起始时间等状态参数;采用平方处理突出有用信号;采用窗函数削弱噪声影响;采用50-300Hz的带通滤波去除加压泵振动引起的噪声。射孔枪爆炸信号经上述处理后,信噪比提高。根据实际信号幅值及噪声强弱,在曲线图上选择合适的门限值,就可以得到射孔枪爆炸的准确时间。经多次实验及油田的实际应用,证明该系统能够自动识别判断井下爆炸信号,数据真实可靠,对复杂井、联合作业、多级起爆等均能正确判断射孔枪起爆时间及射孔结果。
It is difficult for operator perforating in deep well, horizontal well, and some other complex conditions to identify perforating signal from vibration information acquired on well site since the noise interference. Introduced is a tubing conveyed perforation (TCP) monitoring/identifying system that can automatically identify explosion signal of perforating gun. The system ex- tracts ignition time of the perforating gun from the vibration information with time domain analysis method; intensifies the useful signal with square process, weakens the noise with window function, removes the vibrating noise of pressuring pump with 50-300 Hz bandpass filter; then the correct ignition time of the perforating gun is got with selecting suitable threshold according to amplitudes of useful signal and noise. Several lab experiments and practical applications in fields show that the system meets the requirement of automatically identifying explosion signal down well. Some monitoring cases, such as pressured perforation with weak vibration in deep well, multi-stage ignition, pressure igniting, signal of end-sound shell, are presented.
