摘要
应用相关流量计测量产出剖面油水两相流时,电导传感器依赖于两相流体的不均匀性形成的本征流动噪声来测量流量。在注水井中,流体为单相流,电导率均匀分布,电导传感器无法检测流动噪声进行相关流量测量。提出在注水井中应用电导传感器测量流量的实验方法和原理,利用释放器向水中释放高电导率的标记溶液(NaCl溶液),标记溶液随着水一起流经上、下游电导传感器,通过检测到因标记溶液引起的流动噪声进行互相关运算来获取流量。介绍了低流量的注水井模拟实验装置,在该装置上对电导传感器测量注水井流量的方法进行了动态实验。实验结果表明上、下游电导传感器所采集的2路流动噪声信号相关性很强,测得的相关流速与流量呈线性关系,并且在低流量下也有很好的流量分辨率。
The conductance sensor is applied to cross-correlation flow meter for measuring the oil/water two-phase flow in production profile firstly. The flowrate is obtained from the crosscorrelation function of flowing signals from the upstream and downstream sensing electrodes. In water injection well with monophase flow, there is no flowing signals for the cross-correlation flowrate measurement. Proposed is the experimental principle for measuring the water flowrate in water injection well. The cross-correlation flowrate measurement is also employed to obtain the water flowrate (velocity) by detecting the two-path flow noise signals caused by adding heavy concentration NaC1 solution flowing over the upstream and downstream conductance sensors. The simple experimental flow loop of low flowrate for water injection well is also described. The dynamic experiments of the cross-correlation flowrate measurement in the simulate flow loop are carried out and analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the correlativity of the two-path flow noise signals is very good and the measured correlation velocity is linear to the standard injection flowrate. Under the condition of low flowrate in water injection well, the conductance sensors designed for measuring the water flowrate have good resolution.
