光照对设施油桃果实糖积累及代谢相关酶活性的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Light on Sugar Accumulation and Sucrose-metabolizing Related Enzyme Activities of Nectarine Fruits in Greenhouse

摘要 以中油5号油桃为试材,研究了设施栽培条件下,光照对果实中糖积累和蔗糖代谢相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:光照改变了果实糖积累特点和蔗糖代谢酶活性。遮光处理降低了果实整个发育过程中AI和SS-c的活性,NI、SS-s和SPS的活性在果实发育的大部分时间内也有明显降低,同时减少了果实中果糖和蔗糖含量。延长光照时间对果实含糖量没有明显影响,但在果实发育的某些阶段对果实中SS-s和SPS活性有显著影响。铺反光膜处理提高了果实中蔗糖代谢相关酶活性,同时增加了成熟期果实中葡萄糖和蔗糖含量。 Effect of light on sugar accumulation and sucrose-metabolizing related enzyme activities of Zhongyou No. 5 [ Prunus Persica (L.) nectarine ] fruits in greenhouse were studied. The results showed that light changed characteristics of sugar accumulation and enzyme activity. Shading treatment decreased the activities of AI and SS-c in whole process of fruit development periods, the activities of NI, SS-s and SPS were also significantly decreased in a large part of fruit development periods, and at the same time, the content of fructose and sucrose in fruit were come down. Extending lighting treatment had no significantly influence to fruit sugar content, but had significantly influence to activities of SS-s and SPS in some stages of fruit development, In light-reflecting film treatment, activities of fruit sucrose-metabolizing enzymes were increased, and glucose and sucrose content in mature fruit were also increased.
