This paper introduces the methods of selecting topics and its requisitions. It is considered that selecting topics should be with new ideas and to link up with producing practice , and should be in accor - dance with the students＇ aptitude. Exciting doubt and deduction and analogy as enlightenment ways in the process of graduation project directing are researched . Guiding students to use logical thinking way is demanded for teachers. Being adept in exciting students＇ inspiration and enhancing the ability of students＇ analyzing or solving problem and improving the students＇ innovation spirit are proposed for teachers, for improving the teaching quality in the process of directing graduation project.
