摘要
采用溶剂抽提工艺对石脑油组分进行重组。以抽提后链烷烃质量分数较高的抽余油作为蒸汽裂解制烯烃原料,芳烃潜含量较高的抽出油作为催化重整原料。结果表明,选取环丁砜作为抽提溶剂,优化的间歇式抽提工艺条件为:温度40℃,溶剂/原料油(体积比)4,稀释剂水的质量分数为0.5%;在此条件下进行连续式抽提实验,抽余油的链烷烃质量分数增至67.41%;以抽余油为裂解原料,与原料油相比,三烯总收率增加了2.04个百分点。抽出油经减压蒸馏脱溶剂后,芳烃潜含量与原料油相比提高了16.1个百分点。
Extraction technique was used to recombine the naphtha in order to increase its utilization efficiency. The extract with high aromatic potential content was used as the feed of the catalytic reformer and the raffinate with high paraffins was fed to the cracker for olefins. The high selective solvent sulfolane was chosen. The appropriate operating conditions for the batch extracting process was worked out as follows:40 ℃, volume ratio of solvent to feed 4, the mass fraction of diluting agent water 0.5%. Continuous extraction was operated under the above conditions. The resuhs showed that the paraffins content in raffinate increased to 67.41%. Compared with the naphtha oil,the olefins yield increased by 2.04 percent points. The solvent in the extract oil was removed by vacuum distillation. And the aromatic potential content of extract in which solvent was removed increased by 16.1 percent points compared with the naphtha oil.
