摘要
研究了碳酸乙烯酯(EC)在乙二醇中的稳定性,同时考察了催化剂用量、停留时间、EC质量分数、加热温度对EC稳定性的影响。结果表明,催化剂会加剧EC的分解;停留时间越长,物料中EC的损失量越大。当EC质量分数大于50%时,分解速率小于20g/(kg·h);EC质量分数为25%~28%时,分解速率达到76~77g/(kg·h)。加热温度低于150℃时,分解速率小于30g/(kg·h)。
The effects of catalyst content, residence time, mass fraction of ethylene carbonate ( EC), temperature on decomposition of EC in ethylene glycol were investigated. The results showed that the catalysts could accelerate the decomposition of EC ;the longer residence time, the higher the EC mass loss. When the mass fraction of EC was more than 50% or 25% -28% ,the decomposing rate of EC was less than 20 g/(kg·h) ,76 -77 g/(kg·h) respectively. When the heating temperature was less than 150 ℃ , the decomposing rate of EC was less than 30 g/(kg·h).
