摘要
目的:探讨SD大鼠股部血管解剖,为骨组织工程血管化动物模型的构建提供解剖学依据。方法:取15只SD大鼠行红色乳胶灌注后对双侧股部血管进行显微解剖,寻找并观测合适用于血管化模型构建的各种带血管蒂组织瓣;另取3只大鼠行活体解剖,以验证所切取组织瓣的血液循环情况。结果:大鼠股部可以同时寻找到合适的隐血管血管束、隐血管为蒂的肌骨膜瓣、腹壁浅血管为蒂的深筋膜瓣、股血管肌支为蒂的股薄肌瓣和膝最上血管为蒂的股骨骨膜瓣,以供骨组织工程血管化的研究应用。结论:SD大鼠股部可同时设计多种带血管蒂的组织瓣,非常适合于骨组织工程血管化研究动物模型的构建。
Objective. To explore the femoral blood supply in the adult rats to provide anatomical basis for constructing vascularized animal-model of bone tissue engineering. Methods. Fifteen SD rats were dissected under operation microscope on double thigh's vessels after perfusion with red emulsion to search and observe the tissue flaps whether they were suitable for construction of vascularized animal-model or not. Another three rats were vivisected to verify the blood circulation of the tissue flaps. Results: Saphenous vascular bundle, musculo-periosteal flap pedicled with saphenous vessel, deep fascia flap pedicled with superficial epigastric vessel, muscular flap pedicled with femoral vessel muscular branch, periosteal flap of femur pedicled with supreme genual vessel were designed in the thigh of rat, which could be used in the investigation of vascularization. Conclusion. Various kinds vessel pedicled tissue flaps in the thigh of SD rats are suitable for constructing vascularized animal-model of bone tissue engineering.
