摘要
目的:探讨孔源性视网膜脱离患者视网膜下液(SRF)中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)的含量与增生性玻璃体视网膜疾病(PVR)的关系。方法:采集38例孔源性视网膜脱离患者的视网膜下液,用ELISA试剂盒测定SRF中CTGF的含量,收集的视网膜下液按PVR的严重程度、病程长短、视网膜脱离范围及裂孔大小分组后进行统计学分析。结果:38例患者视网膜下液中均含有CTGF,伴PVR的患者SRF中CTGF的平均浓度比无PVR的患者高,随着PVR的加重SRF中CTGF的浓度增高,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),CTGF的含量与病程的长短、视网膜脱离范围相关,与性别和视网膜裂孔的大小无关。结论:在PVR形成的过程中,视网膜下液中CTGF的含量随着PVR的严重程度而增加,这可能与其参与了细胞的迁移、增殖、膜收缩有关,它为将来PVR的治疗策略提供新的思路。
Objective: To detect the expression of the connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in subret- inal fluid (SRF) of patients with rhegmatogenous reinal detachment (RRD), and to determine its relation to the severity of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. Methods. Samples of SRF were collected from 38 eyes of 38 patients with RRD. Concentrations of CTGF were measured by ELISA procedure. Results. CTGF existed in all 38 cases of SRF. The mean levels of CTGF were higher in patients with PVR than in those without. The levels of CTGF in SRF were positively correlated with the extent of PVR (P〈0.01). This study also indicated that the concentration of CTGF positively correlated with the change of duration of diseases and extent of RRD (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05, respectively) ,and not correlated with sex and size of the tear. Conclusion: CTGF has a promotive effect on the proliferation of cells and contraction of membrane during the formation of PVR. It is considered that the CTGF may he one of the cytokines which might accelerate and aggravate PVR and may he a therapeutic target for prevention of PVR.
