阴茎延长术患者的人格特征和人格类型

Personality Characteristics and Styles of Patients with Penis Lengthening and Their Relationship with the Postoperative Satisfaction

目的:分析阴茎延长术患者的人格特征和人格类型。方法:选择行阴茎延长术患者32名。采用全国协作组修订的卡特尔16种人格因素测试量表进行人格特征评估。计量资料差异比较采用t检验,选用最远邻法,以欧氏距离为测度距离的方法对样本进行聚类。结果:收回填写完整、真实的问卷31份。①行阴茎延长术患者16PF评分结果:恃强性、兴奋性因子以及内向和外向性的得分明显高于男性成人常模(P<0.01),敢为性、紧张性及感情用事和安祥机警性因子的得分也显著高于男性成人常模(P<0.05);怀疑性、独立性因子得分明显低于男性成人常模(P<0.01);其它因子评分与男性成人常模相近(P>0.05)。②人格类型聚类分析结果:兴奋型占32.3%、冷漠型占19.4%、自卑型占25.8%、焦虑型占16.1%、幼稚型占6.4%。结论:①阴茎延长患者有特殊的人格特征,与成人常模有明显差异。②阴茎延长患者可以分为5种不同的人格类型。

Objective： To analyze the personality characteristics, styles and the postoperative satisfaction of patients with lengthening of penis. Methods： ①A total of 66 patients with lengthening of penis were selected. ②Questionnaire of 16PF revised by National Cooperating Group was adopted to evaluate the dimensions. ③Differences in measurement data were compared between patients and male adult norm by t test, and the furthest neighbor method was used to clustering the samples by taking Euclidean distance as the measurement distance. Results： A total of 31 complete and true questionnaires were recollected. The scores of dominance, liveliness and extraversion second factor in patients with lengthening of penis were obviously higher than those of adult male norm （5.50±1.42 points, P〈0.01）, and the scores of social boldness, tension and the secondary factor tough-mindedness were still significantly higher than those of adult male norm （P〈0.05）. The scores of vigilance and self-reliance were remarkably lower than those of male adult norm （P〈0. 01）. While their scores of sociability, intelligence, stability, conscientiousness, sensitivity, fancy, knowingness, anxiety, experimentation, and self-discipline were similar to those of ty accou male nted adult norm （P〉0.05）. Analytical results of personality style clustering： excitability accounted for 32.3% in 31 subjects, unconcerned accounted for 19.4%, self-abasement accounted for 25.8%, anxiety accounted for 16.1% and infantilism accounted for 6.4%. Conclusion： Patients with lengthening of penis have special personality characteristics and could be divided into five typical personality styles, which are significantly different from those of male adult norm.
