Dynamic behaviors of polypropylene fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete by SHPB tests

摘要 为研究聚丙烯短纤维增强轻骨料混凝土的动力特性,采用大尺寸SHPB(split Hopkinson pressurebar)装置,对聚丙烯短纤维增强轻骨料混凝土进行了冲击试验,得到了60-110 s^-1应变速率下的应力—应变曲线和破坏现象。分析了该材料力学性能指标与应变速率的关系,对其静力与动力状态下的性能作了比较。试验结果表明,聚丙烯短纤维增强轻骨料混凝土是良好的抗冲击材料。 Abstract: Large dimension SHPB (split Hopkenson pressure bar) apparatus was used to measure the dynamic behaviors of polypropylene fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete, and stress-strain curves under strain rate between 60 s^-1 and 110 s^-1 were acquired. The relation between the mechanical property of this material and the strain rate was analyzed. And its property in dynamic condition was compared with that in static condition. The result shows that polypropylene fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete is a kind of good strike resisting material.
