摘要
为了研究变壁厚球缺罩EFP的成型规律,通过对不同罩壁厚梯度、罩壁厚和装药长度条件下EFP成型的数值模拟,得到了药型罩顶口壁厚差ξ/δ、罩顶厚δ/Dk和装药长径比N等无量纲参数与EFP密实度M、长径比L/D、速度v和动能E性能之间的关系。对优化的EFP(explosively formed penenator)进行了X光试验,弹丸速度和形状的仿真计算与试验结果较为吻合。
In order to research the explosively formed penenator (EFP) forming performance with varia- tional-wall-thickness hemispherical liner, EFP forming processes with variational wall-thickness gradient, wall-thickness and the ratio of length versus diameter of charge were simulated. The influence of dimensionless parameters including thickness difference in top and edge of liner ξ/δ, top thickness δ/Dk, and the ratio of length versus diameter of charge N for compactness, velocity, L/D and kinetic energy of EFP was approached. Optimized EFP was studied by X-ray experiment. The numerical simulation predicted that figure and velocity for the EFP were similar to that of X-ray experiments.
