摘要
探讨了60Co-γ射线辐射对一品红7项生理指标的影响。结果表明:淀粉含量与辐射剂量之间呈显著正相关,叶绿素B与叶绿素A之间呈极显著正相关,与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关;淀粉含量以80 Gy辐射处理值最高,80 Gy辐射处理的叶绿素B、花色素含量均居第二,叶绿素A、可溶性糖含量居第三,类胡萝卜素含量居第六,因此综合7项生理指标的生理生化功能,一品红7项生理指标以80 Gy辐射表现较为适中。
Effects of radiation dosage of ^60C0-γ ray on 7 physiological indexes of Euphorbia pulcherrima were studied. The results showed that there was prominently positive correlation between the content of starch and radiation dosage of ^60C0-γ ray, a good positive correlation between chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll a content, and prominently minus correlation between the content of chlorophyll b and protein. After being irradiated by ^60C0-γ ray of 80 Gy,the content of starch was the highest, the content of chlorophyll b and antheeyanidin was the second, the content of chlorophyll a and dissoluble sugar was the third, and the content of carotenoid was the sixth. The 7 physiological indexes of Euphorbia pulcherrima which was irradiated by ^60C0-γray of 80 Gy had a better performante.
