摘要
介绍了SY—92防腐阻垢碳钢换热器涂料的原料、配方及涂层物理、化学性能，考察了该涂料对换热器换热系数的影响及实际使用效果。
A SY-92 corrosion protection and anti-sludge coatingsfor carbon steel heat exchanger has been developed. Theraw materials, formulation, physical and chemical properties of the coating film were described. The influenceof the coatings on the heat exchange coefficient of heatexchanger and practical application results were investigated.
