摘要
研制了一种高纯度、高粘度有机防沉剂。其技术关键是对蒙脱石提纯、改型方法进行了十分有效的改进，从而使有机覆盖剂能充分插入蒙脱石晶层间，实现充分的有机化改性。由此方法制备的有机膨润上在有机溶剂中能高度溶胀，是一种高质量的防沉剂与增稠剂。
A high purity, high viscous organic anti-sediment agentwas developed. The critical process is the improvementof purification and modification of montmorillonite.The organic modifier can penetrate into the crystal layers of montmorillonite to enhance the modification. Theobtained montmorillonite can be swollened in organicsolvent to form an excellent anti-sediment and thickening agent.
