摘要
通过配方条件初探和配方优化，研制成室温快干的膨胀型防火涂料。介绍了该涂料的制法。讨论了配方优化的正交试验对涂料防火性能的影响。在小试确定的最佳配方基础上进行中试和工业化生产，所得防火涂料的防火性能达到一级指标，优于国内同类产品。
An air dry dilatant fire-proof coatings has been developed with a optimized formulation. The preparationprocess of this coating was described. An orthogonal design experiment was utilized for the optimization of formulation, and its effect on the performance of the fireproof coatings was discussed. According to the optimized formulation from lab test, the performances ofthe products from pilot test and commercial manufacture have reached the first grade standard of fire-proofcoatings, and took the leading position in domestic market.
