摘要
在合成Gel-g(BA-AN)明胶三元接枝共聚物乳液时,通过改变引发剂用量的方法,可以调节共聚物乳液粒度的大小;将含有不同平均粒度的乳液应用于胶片的护膜层中,测定乳液粒度对胶片的物机性能的影响。
The granularity in the emulsion of the graft copolymer Gel-g- (BA--AN)could be ad justed with altering the concentration of the initiator K2S2O8 during the preparation. The grafting copolymeric emulsions with different average granularity were added into the protec-tive layer of the films and their physico - mechanical properties were measured. It was re-vealed that the concentration of K2S2O8 was not only of the great influence on graft parame-ters PG,GE,Mn and m,but also on granularity of the copolymeric emulsion, and theresis-tance to scratching as well as permeability of the film were increased with the increasing the granularity of the grafting system.
