摘要
阻塞治理是电力系统规划和运行的重要问题。在考虑厂网协调规划的基础上,提出利用协调因子对电源规划的指导作用来实现优化资源结构布局的方法,可从根本上减少输电阻塞发生的概率。为此,对协调因子的计算方法进行了探讨,给出了结合协调因子进行长期阻塞治理的思路,以及进行短期输电阻塞治理的模型和解决方案。
Congestion control is an important problem in power system planning and running. In consideration of coordinated planning of power plants and power network, it is suggested that the structure and distribution of resources be optimized utilizing the guidance function of coordination factor to power plant planning, which can reduce the probability of transmission congestion radically. Accordingly, the calculational method of coordination factor is discussed; the long-term congestion control mode combining coordination factor is proposed along with the model and solution of short-term transmission congestion control.
